Sarvepalli Radhakrishnan was an Indian philosopher and statesman who was the first Vice President of India and the second President of India from 1962 to 1967. He was born on 5 September 1888 and hence 5th September is celebrated as “TeachersDay” in India, every year.
This is celebrated in a different and unique manner. On this day, students in the school perform the role of teachers and look after the school for one day.
